  • Extended Service & Payment: Terms for service extension, payment deadlines, and late penalties.

  • Venue Requirements: Specific space and power supply requirements for setup.

  • Liability: Liability limitations and indemnification clauses.

  • Damages: Client responsibilities for equipment damages.

  • Intellectual Property: Usage rights for images captured at events.

  • Governing Law: The contract is governed by Connecticut law.

Photo Booth Rental Pricing Tool

The Giggly’s Photo Booth Rental Pricing Tool is provided for informational purposes only and is intended to estimate costs based on the information you provide (county, hours, add-ons). Final pricing may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as changes in travel conditions, equipment availability, or client requests. Giggly’s reserves the right to adjust pricing or decline bookings at its discretion.

By using this tool, you agree to the following:

  1. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate event details (date, location, duration). Incorrect information may result in additional fees or cancellation.

  2. Non-Binding Estimate: The calculated price is an estimate. A final invoice will be provided upon confirmation, which may include additional charges for travel, setup, or unforeseen costs.

  3. Liability: Giggly’s is not liable for any errors in the tool, including pricing miscalculations or technical glitches. Users use this tool at their own risk.

  4. Intellectual Property: All content, including pricing data and tool design, is the property of Giggly’s Photo Booth. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

  5. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable unless Giggly’s cancels. Full payment is due 7 days before the event; late cancellations incur a 50% fee.

  6. Usage Rights: Photos and videos taken at events are for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission from Giggly’s.
